Most exhibit companies do one of those three things and broker the rest. That gap is where booths go wrong. Visualex keeps design, fabrication, and installation under one roof, so one company answers for the result.
Visualex was founded by a spatial designer, not a salesperson. Every booth begins the way a building does: how people move through the space, where the eye lands first, what the room says about your brand before anyone speaks. The structure comes after the idea, never the other way around.
We engineer and fabricate what we design. That means the person who drew the detail is reachable by the person cutting it, and the tolerances on the drawing are the tolerances on the floor. It also means there is nobody to blame when something needs fixing, because it is all us.
Quotes are line-itemed and complete before you sign: design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation, dismantle. You see what each part costs. Nothing appears after the show that was not on the page before it.
You get a named bilingual project lead and a named backup. Same people from kickoff to teardown, in your language and your time zone. Your program never lives in one unanswered inbox.
Concept development, space planning, photorealistic 3D visualization, and brand integration. You approve a rendering, not a description.
Structural drawings, production files, and rigging plans. Built to international standards and to the rules of the venue you are exhibiting in.
Custom millwork, structures, counters, showcases, and display furniture, produced in our own shop.
Large-format print, backlit and tension fabric, vinyl, and dimensional lettering. Color-managed so your brand looks the same on every surface.
On-site build, supervision through the show, and a clean teardown after. We handle the crew and the schedule.
Multiple shows, one team. Your exhibit adapts show to show instead of being rebuilt from zero.
The most common failure in this industry is not bad design. It is the distance between the designer and the person holding the saw. A concept gets sold, then handed to a fabricator who was not in the room, then to a labor crew who never saw the intent. Every handoff loses something, and what arrives on the show floor is a negotiated version of what you approved.
We removed the handoffs. Design and production sit in the same company, so what you approved is what gets built.
Visualex started in 2009. Since then we have delivered more than 4,600 projects for over 150 brands across 980 trade shows, from single-booth exhibitors to companies running a full show calendar.
Our founder is a spatial and interior designer by training, and that is still the center of how the company works. We hire designers who can read a production drawing and fabricators who can read an intent. The overlap between those two skills is the whole business.
We work in English and Spanish, with clients who are rarely exhibiting at home. Across the US, we design, build, and install for brands that need one team to travel with them.
Filmed at their booths, not in a studio.
